How order requests work

Choose your products, check the format and quantity in your cart, then enter your name in Latin letters, international contact number, area and villa, hotel name or Google Maps link. One agreement covers the terms, privacy notice and manual arrangements.

Delivery and the order total

Prices are in Indonesian rupiah. Bali delivery costs Rp 100,000 below three physical pens and is free from three pens. Each two-pen bundle counts as two pens; a pen containing two compounds counts as one. Needle packs do not count toward the free-delivery threshold. Checkout shows the items subtotal, delivery and their combined total.

Save first, then WhatsApp

Place order & open WhatsApp saves your order before opening a prepared message. Review that draft and tap Send to contact the manager. Opening WhatsApp does not send the message automatically. Payment and delivery time are arranged with the manager; this form does not collect payment or book a courier.

Your private receipt

The server stores the items, checked catalogue prices, quantities, contact and delivery details, and your agreement. An authorised store operator can review the request. Retrying an uncertain submission first checks for an existing record. Keep the same browser session to revisit your private receipt and order reference.
