What do the amounts on each listing mean?
They describe the total labelled contents of that product or pack. They are not a suggested dose or a personal treatment plan.
How do I choose a product format?
Open the product page and use the format menu to see the available options. The price and photographs update for your selection. Check the labelled contents and quantity before adding it to your cart.
What happens when I place an order?
Checkout saves your order and prepares a WhatsApp message. Review the draft and tap Send to arrange payment and delivery time with the manager. Your private receipt shows the order reference and recorded details.
How much is delivery?
Delivery costs Rp 100,000 below three physical pens and is free from three pens. Each two-pen bundle counts as two pens; needle packs do not count toward the threshold.
Are pen needles sold separately?
Yes. Our accessories section lists a box of 30 pen needles, labelled 31G × 6 mm. Open the product page to review the pack and confirm compatibility with your exact device.
